Pre-working out, week 8, and week 18
Last time I weighed 130lbs (Aka losing weight the wrong way, minima exercise only cardio and eating 1000 calories a day) I looked like the top picture.
This time: lifting, working out 3 to 5 times a week and eating six meals a day I look like the bottom picture.
